Me? Wrong? No!

Me? Wrong? No!

The energy that is expended in holding back or justifying, rationalizing or covering up our mistakes is significant.

Holding back damages us spiritually, physically, and psychologically. We fail to learn. We don’t grow. It leaves us stuck in a place. It diminishes us in the eyes of others-. employees, children, spouses, friends. Ultimately, ourselves.

We all do it-but we have a choice.

Being right all the time, or needing to appear to be, is highly overrated!

Reflect on your own behavior. Lay down the urge to ‘save face’. Laugh at yourself. Be open. This is the only way we become authentic…and the way to greater futures
